OZMO was founded by Rufus Louderback and provides Architectural Design and Construction Management Services including full A/E consulting. Check out the Residential or Commerical tabs for a range of the types of projects we have experience in.

At OZMO, the focus is to understand the needs of our client and to find meaningful solutions that integrate those needs with their site and the surrounding context. Our goal is to create an outline of the project parameters and then along with an understanding of all the basics of good design - solar exposure, views, lighting, environment, construction systems & materials - create something unique and worthy of the clients expectations.

Rufus is an Architect licensed in the State of Missouri with over 25 years of architecture practice as well as project and construction management. Beginning in 2011, he has served as an adjunct faculty member at Drury University's Hammons School of Architecture. He was also a partner at the largest Architecture/Engineering firm in Southwest Missouri as well as several other ventures prior to founding OZMO.

His broad project experience includes corporate facilities, medical clinics, worship, recreation centers, residential and an occasional high-rise. Over the past 5 years he has focused on custom residential design + build including lakeside homes and shipping containers.

Rufus lives on a small farm in Nixa, MO with his wife and his two youngest children.
